I wanted to just write to say a HUGE thank you for catering at our wedding. You did such a fantastic job, the food was exceptional. We have had so many comments on how yummy it was. You were such a help from beginning to end- without your help in the planning and preparation ….i think we would have struggled to say the least!!!!!

We had such a wonderful day that ran very smoothly thanks to you and your staff. I hope you managed to enjoy it too. We had such fun. Truly a day to remember. I hope you are well. You are probably busy with the next occasion. It was a pleasure working with you,

These menus are ideal for weddings and other special occasions.  With a wealth of experience we can take the stress, so you don’t have to!  Leave your catering arrangements in our capable hands. Our Hot Buffet can consist of as many meat, fish and vegetarian dishes as you like.  I would suggest a couple of meat dishes, one fish dish and a vegetarian. Along with the main dishes you can have hot potatoes and a choice of three salads.  Then to dessert!

Main Course Hot Buffet

Claridges Chicken Pie
Chicken Breast cooked with Pancetta, baby Mushroom, Wine and Cream. Topped with Puff Pastry

Melanzane Parmigiana v
Aubergines layered with a homemade tomato sauce, fresh basil and mozzarella

Steak and Kidney Pie
British Steak & Kidneys cooked in a rich dark sauce and topped with puff pastry

Tagine of Beef with Apples and Raisins
Beef Steak cooked in a rich spicy sauce with apples, raisins and honey. Served with Couscous

Chicken & Butternut Squash Curry
A beautiful curry made with chillies, Coriander, Garlic cooked with yogurt, served with Rice, Naan Breads & popadoms and chutney

24 Hour Cooked Shoulder of Pork
Marinated with Fennel, Lemon & Chilli. Served with a Homemade Spiced Apple Cider Jelly, Apple Sauce and Crackling.

Fish Pie
Poached Salmon, Cod & Haddock mixed with a Creamy White Sauce, Prawns and Boiled Egg.  Topped with Creamy Mashed Potato.

Lamb Tagine with Peas & Lemon
Spicy Moroccan dish served with Cous-cous

Coq au vin
Classic French cuisine.

Haricot beans cooked very slowly with belly pork, spicy sausage and duck. This rich casserole is fantastic for an informal heart warming supper for friends.

Slow Roast Leg of Lamb
Marinated eight hour roasted English Leg of Lamb. Served with a homemade Mint Sauce. (you can have a classic red wine and garlic marinade or a garlic, chilli marinade)

Coriander and Lime Chicken
A delicious aromatic chicken dish made with coconut milk, spices, lime and coriander.  Served with plain white basmati rice and flat breads

Thai Red Vegetable Curry v
A selection of root vegetables and brassicas cooked in a delicate aromatic yet feisty sauce

Main Course Cold Buffet

Anti pasti
Wood boards filled with a variety of Italian meats and cheeses. Along with Grilled Aubergines, Pepper and Courgettes. Served with Olives, homemade foccacia olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Chicken with Watercress Sauce
Poached Chicken with a creamy, peppery watercress sauce.

Poached and Dressed Whole Scottish Salmon
Speaks for itself! A classic whole salmon dressed with cucumber, prawns and quail eggs

Salmon and Shellfish Tagliatelle
Served with a creamy white wine and tarragon sauce

Cold Meat Platter
Roasted rare beef, baked ham & turkey crown, sliced at the table served with a variety of condiments.
